Introducing NESA’s New LEARN SUBSCRIPTION: Flexible, Scalable, and Built for the Sector
NESA is excited to launch its new three-tiered subscription modelLEARN Lite, LEARN Premium, and LEARN Flexi—designed to meet the diverse needs of employment services providers while supporting sector-wide professionalisation, compliance, and performance improvement.

Available from July 2025,NESA’s SUBSCRIPTION has been shaped with input from members and stakeholders to reflect the realities of frontline delivery. It’s built to help providers:

  • Build capability aligned with compliance and certification.
  • Close skills gaps that affect performance.
  • Prepare confidently for audits and site visits.
  • Show clear investment in workforce development.

Why This Matters Now
With new programs launching later in 2025 and increasing expectations around workforce capability, compliance, and performance, providers need access to relevant, high-quality training that’s flexible, affordable, and aligned with operational realities.

NESA developed content purposefully aligns with Deed requirements, compliance standards, and departmental expectations, and has been mapped and tested against the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) and Department’s performance review expectations to ensure relevance, quality, and impact.

The Subscription has been shared with departmental stakeholders, who have noted it’s alignment to the sector’s current and future needs.

What it Offers and Benefits?
The LEARN subscription model offers:

  • Three flexible tiers to suit different organisational sizes, training needs, and investment capacities.
  • Unlimited FTE access to content within each tier—scalable for teams of all sizes.
  • Flexible Pricing & Access through annual or monthly payment options to support cash flow.
  • Targeted learning that addresses real-world challenges in delivery, compliance, and performance.
  • On-demand delivery, with modules ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour—ideal for scheduling around operational demands.
  • Extra content as needed through the NESA Academy, including accredited training and leadership programs
